Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your order free of charge.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us at servicios@coolchap.es as soon as possible, quoting your order number. If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we will cancel it and refund the full amount. If it has already shipped, you can return it by following the returns process once you receive it.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free. To be accepted, items must:

  • Be unworn, with no marks or signs of having been worn.
  • Be in their original box and packaging, in good condition.
  • Include all the accessories they were delivered with.

Sale or promotional items follow the same conditions: 30 days from delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will confirm its approval by email. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the parcel. Depending on your bank, the amount may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, we can exchange it free of charge within the same 30-day period, subject to stock availability. Write to us with your order number and the item you would like and we will explain how to proceed. If the requested item is not available, we will offer you a refund.

Defective or damaged items

We inspect every pair before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange an exchange or a full refund as quickly as possible and at no cost to you.

How to return an item

  1. Write to us at servicios@coolchap.es with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will send you the instructions to make the return.
  3. Pack the item in its original box and protect it with outer packaging.
  4. Hand over the parcel following the instructions received.
  5. Once we receive it, we will process the exchange or refund within 3 to 5 business days.
