If your purchase isn't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Period: 30 days from delivery (sale items included).
- Items must be unworn and in their original box and packaging.
- Free returns and exchanges.
- Size or colour exchanges subject to stock availability.
How to make a return or exchange
- Write to us at servicios@coolchap.es with your order number, the item, and whether you prefer an exchange or a refund.
- We will send you the instructions to make the return.
- Pack the item in its original box and protect it with outer packaging.
- Hand over the parcel following the instructions received.
- Once we receive it, we will ship the new item or issue the refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, write to us within 72 hours of delivery, attaching photos. We will sort it out as quickly as possible and at no cost to you.
