Shipping Policy

All COOLCHAP orders are prepared and shipped from Barcelona. Below you will find all the information about costs, delivery times and tracking for your shipment.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping to Peninsular Spain: €4.95.
Free shipping to Peninsular Spain on orders over €190.
Conditions for other destinations are shown at checkout, before payment.

Delivery times

Order preparation: 1–2 business days from confirmation.
Delivery in Spain: 2–4 business days from the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start being prepared on the next business day. During periods of high demand, such as sales or special campaigns, delivery times may be slightly longer; if so, we will let you know.

Shipment tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking link, so you can check the status of your parcel at any time. You can also do so from our order tracking page.

Delivery address

Please check that your shipping address is correct and complete before confirming your order. If you spot an error, write to us as soon as possible at servicios@coolchap.es: if the order has not yet shipped, we will correct it without any problem.

Delivery issues

If the carrier is unable to deliver, they will try again and you will see the update in the tracking. If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it within the expected time, contact us and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
